If instead you use a standard traditional liquid soap, it is essentialto dilute it with water(the recommended ratio is generally1 part soap and 3–4 parts water, depending on the detergent’s density). Using pure regular soap or one containing exfoliating microbeads is strictly discouraged, as it would irreparably damage the micropump and clog the aeration nozzle.
What should I do if the dispenser suddenly stops dispensing or if the foam comes out too runny?
If the sensor detects movement but no foam comes out, the main cause is a blockage from dried soap residue inside the duct. To fix this, we recommend emptying the reservoir, filling it with hot water (approximately 40°C) and repeatedly activating the sensor to run an automatic flush cycle. If the foam instead appears too runny and watery, the mixture ratio is incorrect and you need to add a small amount of liquid soap to increase its viscosity.
